Our Owner/Director
Mrs. F. is a credentialed teacher who has taught at a local elementary school for the past 12 years and previously taught preschool for 5 years. She currently teaches in a job share situation, which allows her to spend the other half of her work week here at Froggie Frontier. For the last 9 years, she has taught Kindergarten and has seen the standards change and demand much more of the students. This makes a child's preschool experience more important than ever. She has developed an exciting program that balances the need for kids to be kids while still getting them ready to meet the demands of Kindergarten.
In addition to her teaching experience, Mrs. F. has held a variety of jobs developing programs for and working with youth. She was the Youth Services Director for a YMCA where she oversaw camp, teen, and other youth programs and she was the Recreation Services Director for a nearby Parks and Recreation Department where she coordinated youth, teen and adult classes and programs and community wide special events.
