Our staff is what makes Froggie Frontier such a special place to be. All staff members are carefully screened, highly qualified employees that are CPR and First Aid certified. They meet or exceed the State of California Department of Social Services Title 22 requirements, which means that they have successfully completed college coursework in Early Childhood Education, been fingerprinted, and have passed a criminal background check. They keep current in recent developments pertaining to the Early Care and Education Field by attending regular in-house trainings and participating in professional workshops and seminars. More importantly, they love working with children and provide a warm and welcoming environment for our students.

Mrs. F. is a credentialed teacher who teaches at a local elementary school where she has taught for the past 19 years. She currently teaches in a job share situation, which allows her to spend the other half of her work week here at Froggie Frontier. For the last 15 years, she has taught Kindergarten and over time, saw the standards change and demand much more of the students. She believes that these new expectations for Kindergarten students makes a child's preschool experience more important than ever. She has developed an exciting program that balances the need for kids to be kids while still getting them ready to meet the demands of Kindergarten.
In addition to her elementary school teaching experience, she also taught preschool for 7 years. Mrs. F. has also held a variety of jobs developing programs for and working with youth. She was the Youth Services Director for a YMCA where she oversaw camp, teen, and other youth programs and she was the Recreation Services Director for a nearby Parks and Recreation Department where she coordinated youth, teen and adult classes and programs and community wide special events.
Ms. Sudhanya has her Bachelor's degree in Home Economics and also her AA degree in Early Childhood Education. She has been with Froggie Frontier since it opened in 2009 and teaches the morning Pre-K Froggies class and is the acting director when Mrs. F. is not on site. Prior to coming to Froggie, she worked in a variety of preschool settings including the CSD in El Dorado Hills and the Folsom Lake Child Development Center. She is a conscientious, reflective teacher who is always striving to bring her very best to the classroom and to her students. She is engaging and warm and is loved by her students and their parents alike. We are so fortunate to have her!
New to our center this year, Ms. Mary is a credentialed teacher who taught Kindergarten for 12 years. She also spent many years working in the early childhood education field as both a preschool teacher and center director. She has a very calming presence and brings a wealth of knowledge to our center.
Ms. Krissy teaches in our Tadpoles and PM Pre-K classes and this will be her fourth year with Froggie Frontier. She has her Bachelor's degree in Child Development and has many years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. Prior to coming to Froggie Frontier, she taught at Madrone Montessori for 1 1/2 years and was the Assistant Site Supervisor at Child Development Inc. For four years she worked with children with autism, both directly and in a managerial capacity, supervising behavioral therapists and serving as a behavioral consultant to school districts. To have someone with her knowledge and experience on our team is a true blessing.
This will be Ms. Wendi's 4th school year with us. She is a hardworking, quick-witted, energetic teacher that gets her students laughing and having fun. Prior to coming to Froggie Frontier, she taught at Placerville Preschoolers for 5 years and ran many parent co-op preschools.
